Molly Ness is a former classroom teacher and university professor. With a doctorate in Reading Education from the University of Virginia, she is the author of four books and numerous peer-reviewed articles. She serves on the Board of Directors for the International Literacy Association and on the elementary advisory panel for Penguin Random House. In 2022, Molly joined Learning Ally as their VP of Academic Content.

Amy Zaslansky
Amy Zaslansky is the founder of The Book Fairies, a non-profit that donates books to underserved schools and nonprofit organizations including hospitals, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and correctional facilities across Long Island and NYC. Amy graduated from Emory University with a BA in Psychology and earned her MS in Occupational Therapy from Temple University. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Book Fairies.

Christina Dorr
Christina Dorr is an award-winning librarian, author, presenter, university faculty, and consultant. She holds a Ph.D. in children’s/teen literature and literacy from The Ohio State University, and has served on a number of state and national book award committees, including the Caldecott, Coretta Scott King, Geisel Award, and Stonewall committees. Her latest book is Profiles in Resilience: Books for Children and Teens that Center the Lived Experience of Generational Poverty published by American Library Association.
